To help lower shipping cost, we offer combined shipping when you purchase multiple items from our store. If you would like to purchase more than one item, please contact us at sales @romantic-pleasures.info for a shipping quote. Multiple items must be paid for with one combined payment.
We normally ship orders within one to two business days of receipt of your order and payment. You'll receive an e-mail confirming your order and a second e-mail with your shipping information including tracking number(s). All orders containing are shipped via UPS or USA Mail within the Continental USA only (48 internal states). Delivery may take 5 to 7 business days depending on your shipping location. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to a FPO /APO address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters. Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders are subject to a 10% re-stocking charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We only issue refunds for DEFECTIVE items or for any shipping errors made by us. Please contact us before returning any products so that we can provide you with proper instructions.
The item(s) must be returned within 30 days after an RMA is issued to the address we will provide you. Item(s) returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. In your return package please include the packing slip and a note explaining the problem. If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!
